  • When can I register for the conference? Is there a registration link?
    There is no registration link at this time. It will be posted on our website and social media when it is created. If you would like to register on the conference day, registration will start at 7 a.m.
  • Will ASWEC offer CEU credits?
    We offer CEUs every year.
  • I am a Ph.D / MS / Undergraduate student and I want to enter the poster competition. What do I need to do?
    This information will be released when we start preparing for the next conference. When it is released, the information can be found under the "Poster Competition" tab.   • There are no videos for the 2023 Student Poster Competition. Why?
    During the COVID-19 pandemic, we made the decision to have a virtual conference in 2021 and 2022. In order to keep students and attendees safe, we decided to have a Virtual Student Poster Competition. Participants created video presentations, which we were allowed to post online. In 2023, we held an in person conference, so there was no longer a need for video presentations. The virtual presentations will remain on this website to serve as an example for students interested in competing in the future.
