About

The Arkansas Soil & Water Education Conference and Irrigation Expo was created by Arkansas State University professor of entomology and plant science Dr. Tina Gray Teague. 
 

More than 20 years later, her interest in conservation and cotton sustainability grew into the conference that we know today.

Our audience represents a diverse group of folks working in agriculture and natural resource management and policy including conservation professionals with the USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS), the USDA-ARS, the Cooperative Extension Service, university researchers, and students as well as professional crop advisors and farmers.
